Born from a real relocation problem.

Liv Regalia was founded in December 2015 in Gurgaon by Deepanshu Sachdeva — not from a boardroom idea, but from lived experience. As a Global Mobility Administrator at KPMG, Deepanshu witnessed first-hand the struggle of global executives relocating to India.

Professionals were arriving in a booming economy, only to find a startling gap: no furnished, managed, move-in-ready housing that matched their expectations.

Standard rentals came bare. Hotels were expensive and impersonal. Furniture rental companies existed, but no one was solving the full problem — find a home, furnish it, move in, and live comfortably from day one. So we built exactly that.
