What we ask of our guests
A safe environment is a shared responsibility. These are the practices we ask all guests to follow during their stay.
General wellness
Do not check in if you are experiencing fever, active infection, or contagious illness
Notify us immediately if you fall seriously ill during your stay
Respect shared spaces — leave common areas as you found them
Dispose of waste in designated bins; do not leave food waste unattended
Property safety
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire safety equipment, or locks
Report any damage, gas smells, or electrical faults immediately
No open flames, fireworks, or barbecues inside the property
Ensure all doors and windows are secured when leaving
Wash hands thoroughly with soap for at least 20 seconds, particularly before meals and after using shared areas
Use the provided hand sanitiser (minimum 60% alcohol) when returning from outside
If you have respiratory symptoms in crowded common areas, wearing a mask is courteous and appreciated
Consult a doctor before travel if you are in a higher-risk health category — age 65+, immunocompromised, or managing chronic conditions
How we prepare your apartment
Our housekeeping team follows a structured protocol between every stay. Here is exactly what happens before you arrive.

All windows are opened and the space is aired out for a minimum of 30 minutes before cleaning begins.

High-touch surface disinfection
Switches, handles, remotes, taps, and tabletops are wiped with hospital-grade disinfectant spray and left for required dwell time before wiping clean.

Linen and towel replacement
All used linen is removed and replaced with freshly laundered sets — no reuse between guests, regardless of stay length.

Kitchen and bathroom deep clean
All cooking surfaces, appliances, sinks, and bathroom fixtures are scrubbed and sanitised. Supplies are fully restocked.

Final walkthrough and sign-off
A supervisor reviews the property against our 50-point checklist before approving it for the next guest.

Please notify us within 5 days of departure so we can take appropriate precautionary steps for subsequent guests and our staff. Your identity will be kept strictly confidential.
